How long will it take?
Most repairs can be performed in house, same day. We try to get your device back to you as quickly as possible while still maintaining quality repairs. Due to Apple requiring some devices to be sent in to them for specific issues, we cannot always control exactly how much time the repair will take. Generally your repair will be within one of the following time frames (factored in business days):
Carry In, Same Day
Most repairs fall under this category. Our technicians are capable of handling most hardware and software issues in house, same day, within 1-2 hours.
Exchange, 1-2 Days
After diagnostics, these repairs result in a replacement device.
Mail In, 3-5 Days
A mail in repair is required after diagnostics determine a component level repair is possible and the device does not qualify for an exchange.
