As part of a network of Apple Authorized Service Providers, we provide Louisiana area with Apple-certified repairs. All of our Mac repairs are done by technicians certified by Apple. We handle in and out of warranty repairs including AppleCare+ claims.

Over the Counter Support - $49
Device Cleaning / Quick Troubleshooting / General Questions
Diagnostics & Labor - $149
This service fee covers labor for replacing parts and diagnosing the device.
Priority Service Fee - $49
Need your device back ASAP?
Priority service allows us to provide the quickest turnaround possible by assigning a technician to your repair immediately.
Backup or Data Transfer - $150
Data transfer from Mac to Mac, PC to Mac, or backup to server/external drive.
$50 off if new computer is purchased from us.
Data Recovery - $249
Removing a failing hard drive and recovering data.
$99 is refunded if we are unable to recover the information you needed.
How long will it take?
Most repairs can be performed in house, same day. We try to get your device back to you as quickly as possible while still maintaining quality repairs. Due to Apple requiring some devices to be sent in to them for specific issues, we cannot always control exactly how much time the repair will take. Generally your repair will be within one of the following time frames (factored in business days):
Carry-In, Same Day
Most repairs fall under this category. Our technicians are capable of handing most hardware and software issues in house, same day, within 1-2 hours.
Exchange, 1-2 Days
After diagnostics, these repairs result in a replacement device. A loaner device can be provided if necessary during the course of this repair.
Mail In, 3-5 Days
A mail in repair is required after diagnostics determines a component level repair is possible and the device does not qualify for an exchange.
Business days are Monday through Friday, not including Holidays
