Rooted Consulting is a proud member of the Apple Consultants Network.  We are a have a consulting firm with offices in Lafayette & Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Our team of Apple Certified Consultants bring over 50 years of combined experience to your business. Our diverse team can handle multi platform networks, data storage and servers. While we specialize in Apple Solutions, we can handle Windows, Cisco, & large Storage Area Networks.

Rooted Consulting is a managed service provider that cares about all your needs. We take the time to hear what our clients really want, troubleshoot the issues at hand, and provide resolution to the problems.

We know that not every client is the same, so we offer several offerings of support

Hourly Based Consulting: (Break Fix)

We provide support on an as needed basis only. We bill from the time we leave our office to the time we leave yours. For clients without our monthly support agreement, our rate is $150/hour and is collected at time of visit.

Retainers: (Support Agreement)

We offer pre-set hours, with a minimum of six hours a month, at a discounted rate of $120/hour. We interact weekly with staff and act as your virtual CTO and support team to deal with and prevent problems.

Monitoring: (Know before it’s too late)

Rooted Consulting offers a paid monitoring service, called Rooted Care. A small piece of software is installed on your devices that will report malware, hard drive issues, & backup status and more so we can know if your Mac or PC is sick or healthy.

We offer three levels:

1.) $25 a month per device.

2.) $50 a month per server

3.) Unlimited Site Wide Monitoring for $200 a month per location.

Projects: (Big stuff)

Our team can help configure, deploy, upgrade and manage large sets of Apple devices. We can work with your company to make the big jobs easy to handle. We offer special rates for projects. Contact our team for special rates.

Every customer is provided with a detailed Service Level Agreement for your consideration. It outlines how we provide service and will help you determine if we are a good fit for you and your company.
