Do I need an appointment?

No, you do not need an appointment. We accept walk-ins at all of our locations during our business hours.

How long will my repair take?

General rule of thumb is 1-1.5 hours for iPhone repairs once we reach their place in queue and 3-5 business days for Mac. A priority option is available for all repairs.

Do you only service Apple products?

We specialize in Apple products but we can fix other devices such as non-Apple computers, gaming consoles, FitBits, etc.

Do you sell Apple products?

Do I need to do anything to my device before dropping it off to repair?
